Participation Guidelines

1. Complete the required information on this page. Once you have finished, click Submit. A registration confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.

2. In the confirmation email, you will find an access link that you may use as often as needed to continue the registration process for your participation.

3.Once you access the registration page, you will find four sections: HOME, PARTICIPATE, GUIDELINES, and MY PARTICIPATIONS.

4. Once you enter the PARTICIPATE section, complete the required information. Be sure to .indicate which author will be presenting the abstract (oral or poster)

5.Your participation has been successfully registered and can be reviewed in the MY PARTICIPATIONS section. If, for any reason, you made a mistake when submitting your abstract, you may cancel your participation and resubmit your work. The abstract submission call will be open from from June 1st to July 15th 2026, 11:59 p.m. local time in Mexico.

6. In the MY PARTICIPATIONS section, you can also check the status of your abstract submission.

Your abstract submission automatically generates an attendee registration, which is subject to a registration fee. Please refer to your registration confirmation email for payment instructions.
